A 6-week class that begins Monday, January 2nd. All ages from 10-110 are welcome. The cost is $75. Scholarships are available. A free trial class will take place on Monday, Dec 12th. Develop fitness, health and self-defense techniques while improving self- confidence, self-esteem and discipline.

About The Event
New students are taught basic skills including hand, body & kicking actions as well as flexibility & fitness training.
Intermediate to advanced students go on to learn jump kicks, acrobatics and weaponry. No previous experience is necessary. For ages 10-110.
There will be a free trial class on Monday, December 12th.
The 6-week class begins on Monday, January 2nd.
Class dates are January 2, 9, 16, 23rd and February 13, 20th.
Classes will take place in the SBH Sam Baruch Social Hall.
Fee: $75 for 6-week session.
